We can use a SharePoint Content Query Web Part (CQWP) along with an added layout style in the ItemStyle file.

By wrapping JavaScript around the pulled back data, we can supply the map the out meta data.

I built a simple Google map that feeds off of a SharePoint list. If you want to use Bing Maps, just change the functions that build the maps.
