Collection of SharePoint 2013 Themes and Styles

My collection of SharePoint 2013 themes and ttyles allows your Site Collection to quickly change its color scheme. Any child site can inherit the style/theme as well. Select, highlight, and hover over items also have different color variants.

*These SharePoint themes and styles CSS files do not change the structure of your Site, but only changes the color variants.

Features

Major SharePoint colors change
Font sizes and colors stay the same

Can be set in the Site Settings per site

To add the specific color Theme to a site

Navigate to Site Settings
Click “Master Page” in the Look and Feel area
Expand the Alternate CSS URL section
Select the “Specify a CSS file to be used by this site and all sites that inherit from it:” radio button
Browse to the location of the specific Style that you would like

F.A.Q.

The SharePoint themes and styles that I chose did not seem to apply
- Verify that you are selecting the correct theme when you upload to your Site Collection
Some of the colors seem to be off or not applying
- Verify that there is not another style or style sheet that is overriding the Master Page style
Where did these colors come from?
- The colors were chosen from the CDC Public website and the different divisions : http://www.cdc.gov/funding/index.html
How do I change SharePoint themes and styles back to the default look?
- In the same area you are in to select a custom theme, choose the option “Inherit Alternate CSS URL from parent of this site” to revert back to the default theme of the Site Collection. Ensure that the parent Site Collection has the colors you desire.
